When you request a migration plan, we collect the name, email address, app builder, preferred backend destination, app URL, and project details you provide. During a paid engagement, we may also receive technical information needed to review and migrate your application.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to your request, assess the migration, provide the service, protect the site, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Project access
Any access to source code, databases, hosting accounts, or service credentials will be agreed with you before work begins. Access is limited to the work required for your migration.
Service providers
We may use hosting, storage, communication, and security providers to operate the service. They may process information only for the services they provide to us.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and manage the relationship. Project information is retained according to the service agreement. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information submitted through this site. Use the migration request form and state that your message concerns privacy.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date at the top will show the latest revision.
