Using this site
You may use this site to learn about Vibe Unlock and request a backend migration. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or submit content that is unlawful or harmful.
Migration services
A form submission does not create a service agreement. The scope, destination, schedule, price, access requirements, responsibilities, and acceptance criteria for a migration will be set out in a separate written agreement.
Your responsibilities
You must have authority to provide access to the application, data, and accounts involved in the migration. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining backups unless the written agreement assigns that work to Vibe Unlock.
Third-party services
Migrations may involve platforms and providers that Vibe Unlock does not control. Their availability, terms, pricing, and technical behavior remain subject to their own agreements.
Intellectual property
You retain your rights in your application, data, and materials. Vibe Unlock retains its rights in its methods, tools, and pre-existing materials. Project-specific ownership will be addressed in the written service agreement.
No guarantee from site content
Information on this site is general. A migration result depends on the condition of the application, provider limitations, access, and the agreed scope. Specific commitments are made only in the written service agreement.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use of the site after an update means the revised terms apply to that use.
